Product Description:
The fume cupboard variable air volume control system uses a fast actuator and controller that is part of the system. This quickly monitors the opening of the fume cupboard window using a displacement sensor and adjusts the opening of the air valve so that the air speed on the control surface stays the same. When the exhaust volume reaches a safe value, the system will activate an alarm that you can hear and see to make sure that you are safe. It is suitable for all kinds of experimental fume hoods and exhaust equipment, with a variety of settings to meet the different needs of customers.
1. Variable air volume valve:
Controller and actuator integrated design, simple structure; 2S fast actuator, venturi 3S straight stroke actuator, fast response (1S response, 2~3S stability); using venturi nozzle shape wind measurement structure, precise and stable air volume, the error is less than plus or minus 4% air volume adjustment ratio of 16:1 (with a third-party test report);
2.Controller
Controller and actuator integrated design, simple structure, easy to install, the controller provides: lighting control, status output, 485 communication (BMS communication port, support Modbus RTU communication protocol) and other functions.
3.Displacement Sensor
Measuring range 1000MM----5KΩ Measuring accuracy: plus or minus 0.1%, Connection mode: two-wire system, no positive or negative. 0.6%,0.6 stainless steel wire rope; choose different models according to the site conditions.
4. Control panel
(1) Power supply: DC 5V, ± 10%, <2 watts
(2) Working environment: 0.... +50 ºC, 10.... .95% RH (non-condensing)
