The operation guide of the intelligent control system for fume hoods is as follows:
Startup and standby
Start the controller: After the controller is powered on, the buzzer beeps once, the red indicator light turns on, and the system enters the standby state. In standby mode, press the 【 Power 】 button to start the controller.
Lighting and backup equipment control
Lighting control: When the system is on, if the lighting is not turned on, press the [Lighting] button. The relay will output 220V voltage to the lighting output interface, and the lighting will be turned on. If the lighting is already on, pressing the "Lighting" button again will cut off the 220V voltage output from the relay to the light output interface, and the lighting will be turned off.
Backup equipment control: The operation mode is similar to that of lighting control. When the system is turned on, if the backup device is not turned on, press the [backup] button, and the relay will output 220V voltage to the backup output interface, turning on the backup device. If the backup equipment is turned on, pressing the [Backup] button will cut off the 220V voltage output from the relay to the backup output interface, and the backup equipment will be turned off.
Control of fans and air valves
Fan startup: When the system is on, if the fan is not turned on, press the [Fan] button. The contact of the fan relay interface will close, and the air valve will automatically rotate to the preset Angle, and the fan will be turned on.
Fan shutdown: When the fan is on, press the [Fan] button. The contact of the fan relay interface will open, and the air valve will automatically operate to the 0 position, turning off the fan.
Air valve Angle adjustment: When the fan is on, press the [Air Valve Adjustment Plus] button to increase the preset Angle of the air valve. Press the "Reduce Air Valve Adjustment" button, and the preset Angle of the air valve will decrease.
Parameter setting and timing function
Parameter Settings: Press the [Settings] key on the main interface to enter the time display and setting interfaces such as "Timed On" and "Timed Off". Press the 【 Settings 】 key to switch between various Settings. The values of the flashing items can be changed by pressing the 【 Up 】 and 【 Down 】 keys. After the Settings are completed, press the [OK] key to save the parameters, and press the [Power] key to exit the system setting state. If the setting content is not saved, it will not be retained. When a setting item is displayed, it indicates that the item will be activated or turned off after reaching the set time. If no key is pressed within 20 seconds of the set state, the set state will be automatically exited.
Timed on: The system will start the device set by the user after reaching the set time. Press the "Lighting" and "Standby" buttons to set the scheduled start of lighting and standby (fan is a mandatory option, the "Fan" button is invalid).
Delay off: After the fan starts, the system will close the option after a delay of the set time. Press the "Lighting" and "Standby" buttons to set the delayed off of lighting and standby (the fan is a mandatory option). Press the "Fan" key to set whether to shut down after the delay ends. If the delayed shutdown is effective, the controller will be turned off after the delay. The lighting and backup will be turned off regardless of whether they are set or not. If the fan is turned off before the delay time, the "delay off" will automatically become invalid.
Factory setting mode
When the system is turned off, hold down the 【 Power 】 and 【 Fan 】 keys simultaneously for 3 seconds. The system will start up, and a long sound will be prompted. The system will then boot up and enter the factory setting mode. After startup, the cursor in the lower left corner will flash. Wait for the protection password to be entered (the protection password varies for different customers). After entering the password, press the [OK] key. If the password is correct, the set content will be displayed. If it is incorrect, return to the shutdown state. In the setting state, what is displayed in the "Current Value" box is the setting item, and what is displayed in the "Set Value" is the set value. Press the [Settings] key to switch the Settings content. After the Settings are completed, press the [OK] key to save.
