JH-WT048
Model: JH-WT048
This professional laboratory water tap is custom-built for school teaching labs, university research institutes, pharmaceutical testing rooms, environmental analysis labs and industrial inspection workshops. Its full waterway structure is forged from premium H59-1 & H63 brass, coated with anti-corrosion epoxy resin to resist lab chemical reagents, balancing robust mechanical strength and chemical stability. Equipped with independent cold/hot control knobs and a 360° rotatable tall gooseneck spout, it fully meets lab daily demands including glassware cleaning, sample preparation and experimental pipeline connection.
1. Valve Body: Hot-forged H59-1 solid brass bar
2. Stand Pipe: Φ26×1.2mm H63 brass tubing
3. Gooseneck Arm: Φ19×0.8mm H63 brass tubing
4. Outlet Tip: Hot-forged H59-1 brass bar
5. Surface Coating: Epoxy resin finish, offering corrosion resistance, heat resistance and UV protection
6. Valve Cartridge: 90-degree rotating ceramic cartridge, rated for 500,000 open/close operations
7. Handle Knobs: High-density polypropylene (PP), ergonomic shape for easy handling
8. Working Temperature: 1°C to 95°C
9. Suggested Operating Water Pressure: 1–8 bar
10. Max Pressure Resistance: 10 bar
11. Inlet Thread Standard: G1/2
1. Dual Protection: Solid brass core for structural durability + epoxy coating for chemical corrosion resistance, outperforming ordinary plastic taps in pressure resistance and service life.
2. Stable Water Supply: Thick brass pipeline withstands up to 10 bar pressure, no deformation or burst under high water pressure.
3. Wide Temperature Adaptability: Works stably from 1°C to 95°C, suitable for hot water cleaning and constant-temperature experimental water use.
4. Precise & Durable Control: Ceramic valve core with 500,000-cycle lifespan reduces long-term replacement costs.
5. Safe Operation: PP knob insulation avoids direct metal contact by hands, lowering heat scald risk under high-temperature water flow.

Production Picture:

A1: Yes. The brass body is fully covered with epoxy resin coating, which effectively resists most dilute lab acids, alkalis and salt solutions, preventing metal corrosion.
A2: Absolutely. The tapered brass nozzle is standard size to fit most common lab rubber hoses for experimental equipment connection.
A3: All necessary mounting fittings are included in each package for direct installation on lab benches. The inlet adopts standard G1/2 thread.
A4: Working temperature ranges from 1°C to 95°C; recommended operating pressure is 1–8 bar, maximum pressure resistance reaches 10 bar.
A5: Equipped with high-quality ceramic cartridge, it can withstand 500,000 times of opening and closing without leakage.
