JH-WT032
Model: JH-WT032
This single outlet lab water tap is specially designed for installation inside fume hoods and central lab benches. It is widely used for lab instrument water supply, test tube & glassware cleaning and routine sample pretreatment.Equipped with one independent control valve and a single tapered barb outlet nozzle, it features compact size to fit limited space inside ventilation cabinets. Available in gray and white epoxy coating, with standard Φ22mm mounting hole, ideal for chemistry labs, university research labs, pharmaceutical and environmental testing laboratories.
Valve Body: Hot-forged from H59-1 brass bar, high rigidity and pressure resistance
Outlet Nozzle: Hot-forged H59-1 brass bar, tapered barb tip for lab hose connection
Vertical Stand Pipe: Φ22×1.2mm H63 thick brass tube, stable support structure
Corrosion resistance: Resist dilute acid, alkali and chemical vapor in lab & fume hood environments
Heat resistance: Stable performance under 1°C ~ 95°C working temperature
Anti-UV radiation: No peeling, fading or chalking under long-term lab lighting
Ceramic Cartridge Valve: 90° quarter-turn rotation, rated for 500,000 open/close cycles with zero dripping after shut-off
Control Knob: High-density PP plastic, ergonomic design for comfortable grip even with chemical resistant gloves
Working Temperature Range: 1°C ~ 95°C
Recommended Operating Water Pressure: 1 bar – 8 bar
Maximum Withstand Pressure: 10 bar
Water Inlet Thread: Standard G1/2 interface
All water channels are forged from H59-1 & H63 brass, thick wall structure withstands up to 10 bar water pressure, no burst or deformation under high water pressure, longer service life than plastic taps.
Integral epoxy coating prevents brass oxidation and erosion from acid, alkali and corrosive gas inside fume hoods; two color options (white/gray) to match different lab furniture styles.
500,000 switching cycle certified ceramic cartridge, fine flow adjustment, no residual dripping after closing, cut down lab maintenance and replacement costs.
Stably operates from 1°C to 95°C, compatible with cold pure water and hot cleaning water; fits global standard 1–8 bar lab water pressure systems.
Compact low-profile design solves the space limitation of ventilation cabinets, exclusive for lab fume hood and central bench use.
Educational Labs: Middle school, high school, university chemistry & biology teaching labs
Scientific Research: University research centers, pharmaceutical R&D labs, biosafety laboratories
Industrial Testing: Environmental monitoring labs, food safety inspection, material analysis labs
Special Lab Areas: Fume hood stations, compact central experiment benches
